This website is operated by Gallardos-Design, owner Elias Gallardo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gallardos-Design. Gallardos-Design makes this website, along with all information, tools and services available on it, available to you on the condition that you, as the user, accept all terms, conditions and policies stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all additional terms and policies referenced herein or linked by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the website.

Gallardos-Design offers high-quality gold and silver jewelry as well as pieces featuring gemstones. All information regarding materials and stones in our product descriptions is provided to the best of our knowledge.

  • Authenticity guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of the precious metals (gold and silver) and stones used, provided this is explicitly stated in the product description.
  • Nature of goods: Minor variations in colour, weight and size are normal for natural materials such as gemstones and do not constitute a defect. Certain products or services may only be available online through our website. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour rendering on your screen is exact. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to certain persons or geographic regions, and may limit the quantities of products offered at any time at our sole discretion.

 

Section 3 – Prices and Payment Terms

The prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the customer. Payments are due immediately and can be made using the methods offered on the website.

 

Section 4 – Warranty and Liability

We warrant that our products conform to their description. Should a product have a defect that was already present at the time of delivery, you have the right to repair or replacement.

  • Product warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty from dispatch on all products we sell. Excluded from the warranty are defects caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear or external influences (e.g. chemicals, impacts).
  • Assertion of claims: Defects must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of discovery. Our liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profit.
